Temperature monitoring of refrigerated vehicles : what does the regulation say ?

In compliance with European regulations, the Bluetooth Pixie Temp temperature dataloggers meet the EN 12830 standard. This standard details all the characteristics that a temperature datalogger must have in order to be able to monitor the distribution of refrigerated, frozen or deep-frozen food products. The EN 12830 standard applies to all stages of the life of food products : from the storage phase, through transport and distribution.
