This implies, in particular, ensuring permanent temperature control.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-mapping\">Thermal mapping of the warehouses, the first step<\/h2>\n<p><strong>With the experts at Plug and Track, we first carried out the summer and winter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plugandtrack.com\/en\/services\/on-site-thermal-mapping\/\">mapping of our warehouses<\/a>, particularly the one in Reims (5,000 m\u00b2).<\/strong> We used 27 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plugandtrack.com\/en\/sensors-dataloggers\/temperature-data-logger-cold-chain-monitoring\/\">22L Thermo Buttons<\/a> distributed in the aisles at different heights. Plug and Track thus provided us with a complete report, in compliance with the FD X 15-140 and IEC 60068-3-5 standards.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plugandtrack.com\/en\/services\/on-site-thermal-mapping\/\">thermal mappings<\/a>, we have determined the critical points: the coldest points in winter and the hottest points in summer.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-monitoring\">Real-time monitoring with Thermotrack Webserve<\/h2>\n<p>Once this step was completed, Plug and Track provided us with the wireless temperature and humidity sensors, connected to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plugandtrack.com\/en\/sensors-dataloggers\/thermotrack-webserve\/\">Thermotrack Webserve<\/a> temperature monitoring platform.<\/p>\n<p>We thus have perfect traceability of the temperatures and humidity of our warehouse in real time and can justify the quality of our service to our clients. In case of temperature excursions, we receive alerts immediately by email and SMS and can react immediately.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"section-support\">Yearly calibration and unlimited technical support<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We have been trusting the Plug and Track teams since 2013 and we are fully satisfied with the services provided.
